Material: GJL-300 per EN 1561 (grey iron) and GJS-500-7 per EN 1563 (ductile iron); weight range: 2 kg to 150 kg per casting; dimensional tolerance: CT8 per ISO 8062-3; surface roughness: Ra 12.5 as-cast, Ra 3.2 on machined flanges; pressure testing: hydrostatic test per EN 12266-1 for each pressure class (PN16, PN25, PN40); material test certificate per EN 10204 3.1 (mill cert from melt heat); radiographic test: RT as per EN 12681 for critical castings per buyer specification; proof machining on critical dimensions; 100% visual inspection

Annual foundry capacity: 8,000 MT grey and ductile iron. Currently supplying valve body castings to 2 Italian valve manufacturers. ISO 9001:2015 certified. In-house spectro analysis, Brinell hardness testing, and ultrasonic testing. CMM: Zeiss Contura. Minimum order: 5 MT per material grade per shipment. Pattern holding charge: one-time EUR 800-1,500 per pattern for castings above 20 kg.
