Student visa & residence permit

Student visa for non-Indians at embassy. Domestic students no visa required. International student fees substantially higher than domestic at IITs/IIMs (DASA/DSP supernumerary seats).

PAN required for any income. Progressive 0-30% + cess. Students below thresholds.
