Hyderabad API Manufacturer Achieves EU GMP Certification and Unlocks EUR 8M Annual EU Contract

Challenge: A mid-sized Hyderabad-based API manufacturer had WHO-GMP certification and was supplying Indian domestic pharma companies. The manufacturer had no EU GMP certification, no CEP from EDQM, and no familiarity with the EU regula…

Outcome: EU GMP certificate obtained at month 19. EDQM CEP granted at month 22. First commercial EU shipment at month 24. Annual EU contract value: EUR 8.2 million. ECGC Standard Policy secured for the German buyer relationship. RoDTEP benefit on API exports calculated at 2.1% of FOB value.

Mumbai Generic Pharma Establishes EU Presence via Netherlands Marketing Authorisation

Challenge: A Mumbai-based generic pharmaceutical company wanted to export finished dose tablets to EU but had no EU marketing authorisation (MA). They had approached two EU regulatory consultants who quoted EUR 500,000 and 5 years for a centralised EMA procedure. The company needed a faster, more capital-efficient market entry route.

Outcome: First EU shipment completed within 14 months of mandate commencement. Indian manufacturer generates EUR 2.8M annually from EU supply under the licensing arrangement. The Dutch partner handles MA maintenance, EU pharmacovigilance, and distribution. Indian manufacturer now investing in their own EU MA for 3 products using profits from the licensing i…

Gujarat API Exporter Saves USD 340,000 Annually Through FTA Optimisation and RoDTEP Claiming

Challenge: A Gujarat-based API manufacturer had been exporting to Germany for 3 years under standard MFN tariff and not claiming RoDTEP or any GSP preference. Annual exports were EUR 5M. The company was unaware that their specific API HS codes qualified for EU GSP preferences and RoDTEP, and was leaving significant money unclaimed.

Outcome: Annual EU GSP duty saving: EUR 85,000 (shared value between Indian exporter price reduction and German buyer duty saving). RoDTEP annual benefit: INR 1.8 crore (approximately USD 215,000). Total annual combined benefit: approximately USD 340,000. Investment: PHARMEXCIL RCMC (INR 15,000/year) plus COO issuance cost (INR 1,200 per shipment).

The relationship was established, and the Indian exporter had not taken ECGC cover. The Spanish distributor entered insolvency proceedings in April 2025. Outstanding receivables from the Indian exporter were USD 280,000 acro…

Outcome: ECGC claim settled: USD 140,000 (50% of USD 280,000 outstanding). Spanish insolvency proceedings estimated to return 15-20 cents on the dollar — expected additional recovery USD 42,000-56,000. Total expected recovery: approximately USD 182,000-196,000 of USD 280,000 outstanding. Exporter has since obtained ECGC Standard Policy for all EU buyers.

Frequently asked — Semāri

What is All Frontier Global Nexus?
All Frontier Global Nexus (AJG) is a commission-only trade brokerage representing both buyer and seller principals simultaneously. We do not charge retainers, consulting fees, or upfront costs. Our fee is a commission paid only when a trade transaction is completed. We operate across 50 verticals, 185 countries, 273 FTAs, and 36 bilateral corridors.
What does commission-only mean?
Commission-only means AJG earns no fee unless a trade transaction is successfully concluded. There are no retainers, no monthly fees, no upfront payments. When a mandated trade deal closes, both the buyer principal and the seller principal each pay a negotiated commission to AJG. If the deal does not close, AJG earns nothing.
What does 'both principals' mean?
AJG represents both the exporter (seller principal) and the importer (buyer principal) simultaneously. Unlike traditional brokers who represent only one side, AJG' commission-only model means our interest is aligned with completing the transaction — which benefits both parties. Full disclosure is maintained with both principals at all times.
Who are the AJG principals?
AJG has two founding principals: Vinod Kumar Jain (India Principal) based in Panchkula, Haryana — with 50+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and import-export; and Amit Jain (EU Principal) based in Porto, Portugal — a digital generalist holding a D2 Entrepreneur Visa and a PGDip in Global Marketing. Together they cover India-EU, India-UAE, and global trade corridors.
Where is AJG based?
AJG operates from two bases: India — Panchkula, Haryana (proximate to Delhi, Punjab, Chandigarh industrial belt); and EU — London, United Kingdom (EU D2 Entrepreneur Visa, full EU market access). The website AllfrontierGlobal.com is hosted on Nestify servers.
What verticals does AJG cover?
AJG covers 50 trade verticals including pharmaceuticals, engineering goods, textiles, chemicals, agro-food, gems & jewellery, IT & recruitment, technology, automotive components, shipping & logistics, iron & steel, real estate, medical devices, biotech, agritech, green energy, water & environment, digital health, oil & gas, financial services, food processing, luxury goods, creative media, education & training, legal & professional services, ESG consulting, construction materials, plastics & rubber, ceramics, furniture, sports & recreation, beauty & wellness, packaging, printing, scientific instruments, marine & offshore, aviation, cold chain logistics, renewables equipment, smart cities, agro-chemicals, technical textiles, medical tourism, franchise & retail, Amazon e-commerce, D2C branding, trade finance services, HR & executive search, and carbon credits.
