2. Scope of Authorisation

To present and submit commercial proposals, product samples, technical documentation, and price schedules to prospective buyers on behalf of the Authorising Party;
To attend trade meetings, trade fairs, and commercial negotiations as the representative of the Authorising Party;
To request and receive commercial enquiries, letters of intent, and non-binding heads of terms from prospective buyers, for transmission to the Authorising Party;
To facilitate and coordinate export documentation, customs processes, and logistics enquiries in connection with confirmed transactions;

3. Limitations on Authority
The Authorised Representative is expressly NOT authorised to:
Sign, execute, or enter into binding contracts, supply agreements, or purchase orders on behalf of the Authorising Party;
Accept payment, receive funds, or open bank accounts in the name of the Authorising Party;
Make any representations regarding pricing, delivery timelines, or product specifications beyond those set out in materials approved in writing by the Authorising Party;
Sub-delegate this authority to any third party without the prior written consent of the Authorising Party.
4. Subject Matter of the Export Mandate

5. Duration
This Letter of Authorisation is valid from _____________ to _____________ (the "Validity Period"), unless earlier revoked in writing by the Authorising Party. Upon expiry of the Validity Period, this authorisation shall cease to have effect automatically, without any requirement for further notice.
6. Revocation
The Authorising Party reserves the right to revoke this Letter of Authorisation at any time by providing written notice to the Authorised Representative. Revocation shall take effect upon the date specified in the notice, or immediately if no date is specified. Revocation shall not affect any obligations already incurred or commissions already earned by the Authorised Representative prior to the date of revocation.
7. Confirmation of Good Standing
The Authorising Party confirms that:
It is duly incorporated, registered, and in good standing under the laws of its jurisdiction of incorporation;
It holds all necessary licences, registrations, and approvals required to export the goods and/or services described in paragraph 4;
The goods and/or services are not subject to any export prohibition, embargo, sanctions, or SCOMET (Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment and Technologies) controls that would prevent their lawful export;
It is the lawful owner or authorised licensor of the goods, intellectual property, and commercial materials being made available for export facilitation under this mandate.
8. Third-Party Reliance
This Letter of Authorisation may be relied upon by prospective buyers, customs authorities, freight forwarders, and financial institutions to confirm the authority of the Authorised Representative to act in the capacity described herein, within the scope and limitations set out above. Certified copies of this Letter of Authorisation may be presented for this purpose.
9. Governing Law
This Letter of Authorisation shall be governed by the laws of _____________________________________________.
