How the Mandate Board works
Every mandate on this board represents a real cross-border opportunity vetted by the AJG team. The public view here is intentionally sanitised — counterparty names, exact volumes, and price benchmarks are redacted until both parties sign mutual NCNDA. The numbers above are the real numbers.
1 · Sourcing
Mandates come from AJG's principal network — corporate buyers and sellers, trade bodies, embassies, and inbound enquiries. Each is logged with HS classification, volume, certifications required, geography, and decision-maker access. Tranche 1 is hand-curated; tranche 2 is axis-composed across 60 verticals × 54 country pairs × 4 transaction types.
2 · Three P qualification
Principal — verified counterparty with signing authority. Performance — provable history (financials, references, certifications). Pre-conditions — funding committed, regulatory approvals lined up, decision timeline realistic. Only mandates that pass all three are surfaced for matchmaking.
3 · NCNDA introduction
Once both sides qualify, a mutual non-circumvention non-disclosure agreement is signed. Then — and only then — both principals are introduced. AJG remains active throughout, including documentation, banking, logistics, and dispute management.
4 · Commission-only
Commission is paid only on completed transactions, with a 24-month tail covering repeat orders. Rates negotiated per mandate and disclosed before NCNDA signing. No upfront fees, no monthly retainers, no platform-access charges.
